ABOUT ME
My life changed forever in July of 2011. I realized I couldn't stand by and report the news any longer. I wanted to be a bigger part of the movement making a positive difference in the world. I started taking chemistry, math, and biology classes at Rockhurst University, UMKC, and Johnson County Community College. My good grades, determination, and dedication got me into Notre Dame's Masters in Global Health program. Now I want to use my talents. I’m seeking opportunities combining science, technology, and Global Health. Interest in communications and health equity.
MY EXPERIENCE

CAPSTONE RESEARCH | ECK INSTITUTE FOR GLOBAL HEALTH
Author of “Evaluating the Host Decoy Trap in San José de Chamanga, Ecuador”.
Worked with an international team of researchers in low resource area to study a spike in malaria cases.
Designed original research and methods.
Lived, worked, and performed research in a foreign country.
Scheduled travel for Notre Dame Researchers
Budgeted for research studies.
Used molecular identification to confirm species of more than 500 possible malaria vectors.

SURGICAL SERVICES | AGILITI HEALTH
Traveled 100s of miles around the Midwest to assist doctors and nurses in the operating room.
Work includes 50% ENT, 30% urology and GYN, and 20% cosmetic laser procedures.
#1 Rated laser tech in Kansas City based on customer experience.
Trained dozens of new employees.
Leader on scheduling and inventory.

Took ND OER to a new level of engagement with academically elite high school students.
Responsible for the creative content of monthly webcast.
Produced 2 minute features highlighting student achievements and University projects.
